She was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Baton Rouge, the Bereavement Committee and the Thirty-Niners Club. Donovan was a native of Vicksburg, where she was a longtime member of St. Lillian Bryant Donovan died Wednesday, March 20, 2002, at her home in Baton Rouge. Robbins Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Nixon, all of Vicksburg and four grandchildren and other relatives. Survivors include her husband of 60 years Ollie Melvin Jones three daughters, Frances and Cliff Brown of Bremen, Wanda and Eddie Browning of Buchanan, Brenda Jones of Temple one son, Gerald and Janice Jones of Rockmart two sisters, Sara and Jimmy Wade of Bremen, Joyce and Larry Cash of Tallapoosa one daughter-in-law Melissa Jones of Aragon seventeen grandchildren thirty-nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.įuneral services will be conducted from Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel on Friday, Novemat 2:00 PM with Earl Wiggly and Shane Wade officiating. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by two sons, James Melvin Jones and Ollie Randall Jones one gradson, Anthony Wayne Agan one sister, Sue Harper and two brothers, Bobby Harrell and Nathaniel Harrell. She was born on to the late Fred Nathaniel Harrell and Sara Myrtle Gentry Harrell Lewis. Mary Ella Harrell Jones, age 78 of Rockmart, passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018.
